We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive/Specialist to join the Sales and Marketing team at ACS Drymix Enterprises. Team ACS is responsible for developing sustainable construction chemicals and AAC Block manufacturing technology solutions and value chemicals, in addition to sustainability in the construction sector which enables CO2 reduction, low-carbon chemicals production, and pollution mitigation.

The candidate will drive sales opportunities, spearhead customer acquisition efforts, and play a pivotal role in enhancing sales and marketing initiatives across related sectors through collaboration and effective with team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

  • 2+ years of experience working with business development teams in supply, trading and sales organizations/Strong inclination towards customer relationship building with innovative sales and marketing strategies.

  • Exposure to the construction chemicals market and AAC Blocks India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Asian markets and/or to the competitive landscape, and broader market trends and factors.

  • Commitment to collaboration and creativity when exploring commercial opportunities.

  • Determination and willingness to develop customer relationships.

  • Self-driven, team player, strong customer orientation and sales.

  • Proven track record of Sales and relationship building in the construction chemicals sector.

  • Capability to thrive in an office setting while fully embodying the values and ethos of ACS Group.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering professional presentations and effectively engaging customers to foster meaningful relationships.

  • The Sales & Marketing Executive/Specialist will support in sales, developing leads, origination and business development of the Indian and Asian markets for ACS Group’s sustainable construction chemicals business in India.

  • Strong interpretation on techno-commercial analysis and communication with team, clients.

  • The role will support efforts to develop new commercial opportunities and expand existing business lines across Indian and Asian markets.

  • Support the development of customer relationships with commercial partners, National, and State-owned enterprises.

  • Identify market opportunities and report it to the team, actively follow trends in construction chemicals and AAC Block Industries market and collect and analyze the data.

  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, team, and develop new avenues of growth and market opportunities.

  • Coordinate on market analytics to track and communicate opportunities in construction chemicals and AAC Block manufacturers.

  • Identify and implement business development opportunities and evaluate business cases and economics across multiple dimensions.

  • Coordinate and partner with both affiliates and internal stakeholders across the process.

  • Participate in global business development team coordination and planning.

  • A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of professional experience with responsibility in customer acquisition, sales and a major contribution to improving the sales and marketing opportunities in related fields.

  • Proven track record of improving sales opportunities and customer acquisition. The candidate has achieved substantial industry recognition in his area of expertise. Strong communication skills to lead cross-function teams.

  • Experience in giving a sales pitch and professional presentations at business conferences.

  • Master’s degree in marketing with knowledge on customer acquisition, professional presentations in business conferences to improve the sales and marketing opportunities in related fields.

  • Deep understanding of customer relationships and experience in giving a sales pitch and professional presentations in business conferences.
