Seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our Global team. Focus on sustainable processes and strategies in construction chemicals, AAC Block technology, and value chemicals. We also prioritize sustainability in construction, aiming for CO2 reduction, low-carbon production, and pollution mitigation in construction.
The candidate will contribute to crafting business strategies, collaborating with teams, leading sales opportunities, spearheading customer acquisition, and enhancing business, sales, and marketing initiatives. They play a pivotal role in cross-sectoral growth through effective collaboration with team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Seeking candidates with 2+ years of origination and/or business development experience in supply and trading sectors. Must demonstrate a strong inclination towards building customer relationships and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Proven track record in formulating business development strategies, pursuing opportunities, and acquiring clientele. Acknowledged within the industry for notable achievements. Skilled in communication, adept at leading cross-functional teams efficiently.
Commitment to collaboration and creativity when exploring commercial opportunities.
Demonstrated determination and readiness to organize data and deliver presentations aimed at fostering customer relationships and expanding product portfolio.
Self-driven, team player, strong customer orientation and driving business development and sales.
Knowledge in the construction chemicals market, including AAC Blocks across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Asian markets. Knowledgeable about competitive dynamics, market trends, and broader influencing factors.
Proven track record of business development and relationship building in the construction chemicals sector.
Ability to excel in an office environment while fully embodying the values and culture of the ACS Group.
Ability to give presentations and present our product portfolio in a professional way and connect to the vision of the company.
Business Development Specialist will assist in formulating strategies and facilitating connections for sales, lead development, origination, and business expansion in the Indian and Asian markets for ACS Group's sustainable construction chemicals business in India.
Proficient in techno-commercial analysis and adept at communicating effectively and professionally with both team members and clients.
To aid in the development of new commercial opportunities and the expansion of existing business portfolios across Indian and Asian markets. Assist in cultivating customer relationships with commercial partners, National, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
Identify market opportunities, organize, and discuss findings with the team. Actively monitor trends in the construction chemicals and AAC Block Industries market, collecting and analyzing relevant data.
Coordinate market analytics to monitor and communicate opportunities within the construction chemicals and AAC Block manufacturing sectors.
Maintain professional relationships with customers, team, and develop new avenues of growth and market opportunities. Identify and implement business development opportunities and evaluate business cases and economics across multiple dimensions.
Participate in global business development, team coordination and planning.
A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of professional experience with responsibility in business development and strategies with major contribution to improve the sales and marketing opportunities in related fields.
Proven track record of improving business avenues leading to customer acquisition. Candidate has achieved substantial industry recognition in his area of expertise. Strong communication skills to lead cross-function teams.
Experience in giving a business strategies pitch and professional presentations in business conferences.

Master’s degree in marketing with knowledge on customer acquisition, professional presentations in business conferences to improve the sales and marketing opportunities in related fields.
